The Role  
 As a Senior Engineering Manager focused on infrastructure/platform, you will be leading a highly competent team who are working on helping improve developer productivity and experience. You will help the team set and achieve ambitious goals. You will also help maintain an environment that fosters a culture of creativity, collaboration and data driven decision making.  
  

Your day to day

• Coach, mentor and challenge smart engineers to achieve their best while growing them professionally

• Ship a set of common tools/services that will be help improve the productivity of development teams  

• Help program manage infra projects 

• Work with consumers to understand their needs and challenges 

Your experience 

• 5+ years of experience of leading and managing high-performance engineering teams 

• Delivering core/common applications/platform which have helped scale the organization – paved paths, CI, CD,  

• Helped engineering teams adopt your tools CI/CD, developer portal, etc. 

• Track record of delivering features and functionality on time with high quality 

• Passion for mentoring and coaching engineers 

• Excellent communication skills 

 
Beneficial Experience 

• Experience in devops or platform engineering 

• Experience of AWS/Azure PaaS services and familiarity with that stack
