Worker Designation – This role is an onsite role. You will be required to work at the Manhattan office in New York during your set working schedule.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to navigate formal or large public events while providing Executive/VIP protection or support (some bullet that sets expectations for the ability to work effectively around senior executives and public figures)

• Successful completion of CPR/First Aid & AED certification every two years

• Successfully pass Federal Aviation Administration background check and possess AOA aviation badge

• Successful completion of Aflac annual Physical Fitness Program

• Successful completion of a medical (DOT Physical) and psychological exam

 • Successful completion of annual taser training including Use of Force Training and taser familiarization training

• Physical strength to lift up to 65 pounds

• Physical flexibility

• An ability to assess, understand and mitigate threats to Aflac, employees, vendors, and guests
