Manage all Customer Care activities throughout the Weiler Labeling Systems (WLS) Customer base to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales of Aftermarket parts and Service during the equipment lifecycle. They will assist in the sales of Spare Parts, Training and Service Contracts with new machine orders and drive Customer Satisfaction post install and startup. Liaising with the Engineering Team and customers they will promote and sell mechanical, electrical and software upgrades to customers to ensure continued efficiency and longevity of the WLS solutions already in operation.

- Prospect, develop, and follow up on new and existing accounts and maintain excellent account relations in an ethical and profitable manner.
- Promote and sell WLS machinery, solutions, capabilities, spare parts, service, and support and establish plans and strategies to increase Aftermarket revenue.
- Perform lead generating activities, i.e. prospect, visit, call, email, attend conferences and trade shows, network within the industries, etc.
- Follow up on company-supplied leads in less than 24 hours
- Use Salesforce.com CRM to document all sales activity and to update opportunity status throughout the sales cycle
- Work closely with customers to ensure the meeting of all goals, objectives, and customer satisfaction
- Responsibility to stay customer-focused providing complete and total customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with RSM’s and Aftermarket support staff to ensure good relationships are established and maintained with key customer personnel
- Stay abreast of new technology, market developments, appropriate standard societies, and competitor offerings and keep current on trends from both market and technical standpoints
- Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to identify key influencers, define gaps in products or services, and develop and implement the necessary tools to capitalize on opportunities
- Debrief Director of Aftermarket after customer visits discussing information pertinent to general sales activities and new sales opportunities. For example, new packaging lines being added, competitive equipment and activities, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the parts department to bring to the customer the extended parts list and express the importance of having the long lead time items in stock to keep from having extended down times.
- Work with design Engineering to design Machine Change Parts and Upgrades necessary to complete an order.
