Your Role and Responsibilities
Lead the incubation and development of new products centered around AI Agents.

Drive fast iteration cycles and quick go-to-market strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IBM Research, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities and anticipate technological shifts.

Define and execute a roadmap that aligns with strategic goals in Data & AI, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in AI Agent technology.

Ensure product-market fit by continuously testing, validating, and iterating on new ideas.

Act as a thought leader in the AI Agent space, influencing both internal and external stakeholders with visionary thinking.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Technical Acumen: Proven experience in AI/ML technologies, with a strong understanding of AI Agents and how they can revolutionize industries.

Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the AI landscape, trends, and emerging technologies, with an ability to identify untapped opportunities.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Demonstrated ability to think big, take risks, and act quickly to deliver innovative products to market.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
