SERVPRO of Alexandria is seeking a motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering a salary plus commission based on specific performance criteria. Position OverviewAs a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing reconstruction projects from start to finish while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction. You will coordinate crews, vendors, schedules, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple reconstruction projects
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and completion timelines
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, contracts, change orders, and permits
• Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with supervisors and team members
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve profitable outcomes
• Obtain required permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Submit final project documentation to the office, ensuring required profit margins are met
  
  

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous construction or project coordination experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
• Must be able to use a personal mobile phone for company-related communication and applications
• Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable law

• Ability to stand, walk, drive, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to varying noise levels at active job sites

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Work Location: In person

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
