Job Summary

As we expand our technological boundaries, we're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and improving development workflows. Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) with TypeScript, focusing on automation, scalability, and reliability.
  • Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO), integrating CDK deployments to streamline environment setup and application delivery.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) scripts using YAML and TypeScript, ensuring efficient environment replication and configuration management.
  • Use UNIX command line tools and scripts for real-time system monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments.
  • Implement automation testing frameworks for Python development projects, establishing quality metrics such as coverage thresholds and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing frameworks into the CI/CD pipelines, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively find opportunities for process optimizations and adopt the latest DevOps tools and practices to enhance team productivity and system performance.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between the systems team and development groups, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.


Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer, specializing in cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD, and automation.
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing CI/CD pipelines and integrating cloud deployment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of YAML for infrastructure as code (IAC) scripting and configuration.
  • Command over UNIX/Linux command line and scripting for system administration and deployment tasks.
  • Practical experience in setting up and managing automation testing for Python projects, with a focus on ensuring code quality and performance.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
