Surveillance Officer Agent - Full Time (Horseshoe LV)

JOB SUMMARY: 

 The Agent protects the assets of the Casino through the use of gaming and security cameras. 

Age Requirement: 21 

Work Cards Required: Alcohol: NV 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:   

• Has knowledge of all slot/games procedures and Title 31 of Nevada State Gaming Commission. 

• Ensures all surveillance equipment is operating at start of shift, during shift and completion of shift. 

• Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries. 

• Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information. 

• Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Director of Surveillance, Surveillance Manager or on-shift Surveillance Supervisor 

• Communicates incidents to pit personnel by phone. 

QUALIFICATIONS:   

• Requires one year of games surveillance experience. 

• Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene. 

• Friendly, outgoing personality. 

• Must be 21 years of age. 

• Ability to interface effectively with public and co-workers. 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operations. 

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:   

• A very fast paced environment. Must be able to handle large amount of information and take the best action necessary to correct the situation. Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout all shifts. Use of office equipment and computers.On going games protection training.Provides training assistance to new employees. Interaction with law enforcement and courtroom.
