EōS Fitness is in search of a detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Project Accounting, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support the financial management of project budgets, track costs and revenues, and assist with month-end closings and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization. Department: Finance

Responsibilities:

• Perform month end close duties, such as record compilation, preparation of manual and system journal entries, process financial transaction in the general ledger and sub-ledger, result analytics, account reconciliations and internal and external reporting as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with Real Estate, Construction and Equipment Departments as well as team members to ensure lease completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance documentation of internal controls.
• Recommend and implement ideas and innovations to improve the existing systems, work processes and procedures. Participate in the implementation of lease accounting software.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in financial statement auditing, financial accounting, or similar roles.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
• Familiarity with ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, able to handle a high volume of transactions without becoming overwhelmed during peak periods.
• Experience in both oral and written communication with internal teams and external clients

• Must successfully pass Background Check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong advanced understanding of job requirements and responsibilities.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $75K - $85K
