Job Description

AECOM/Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager in our Jacksonville, FL location:

• Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience in construction management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements: 

• Formal education in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. 
• MBA preferred.
• Experience with construction documentation such as RFI, RFP, change order management, etc. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience in construction exteriors and interiors.
• Prior construction experience in hospitality, casino, high rise, etc.
• Experience in purchasing/procurement of materials per plans/drawings.
