About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team and work with some of the world's largest and most important banks and insurance providers to create cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centric design and capable of conducting research that will guide our product development strategy, with a particular focus on user interview and validation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative data on user needs and behaviors.
• Test and validate to identify areas for improvement or new opportunity areas.
• Analyze research data to identify trends and insights that inform product design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts that help to create a shared understanding of user needs.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and educate the organization about the value of user research.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting UX research in the B2B area, with a focus on user interviews and validation processes.
• A background in the financial services industry is desirable.
• Experience using qualitative research methods such as user interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and German skills
