About the role

Site: Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc.

Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission. As a not-for-profit, we support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care. We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is an organization whose goal is to deliver high-quality and innovative community-based ambulatory care. The Medical Group provides a broad range of services, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care—both digitally and across physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Additional offerings include outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion services.

At our Marblehead primary care practice, we are a small town, community-based Family Medicine and Internal Medicine office, offering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages—from infants through older adults.

Located at 1 Widger Rd, our practice delivers physical exams, routine health screenings, and preventive care in a setting that emphasizes strong patient-provider relationships and continuity of care. We value our team from the providers (MD and NPs), to medical assistants, front office staff, nurses and social workers immensely and take a collaborative approach to caring for our population.

Job Summary

To meet ever growing patient needs and support continued access to high-quality care, we are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This position will include a mix of mostly direct patient care and time allotted to administrative responsibilities as well.

The Marblehead office is part of the larger Mass General Brigham system but maintains the feel of a close-knit team. The practice currently includes six physicians and two nurse practitioners working together in a collegial and supportive environment. The incoming Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to practice independently at the top of their license with good physician support and may elect to manage their own patient panel if desired.

Our practice values autonomy, innovation, and collaboration. Team members are encouraged to lead quality improvement initiatives, shape clinical workflows, and explore creative solutions that enhance patient care. We also support ongoing professional growth through robust development programs and a competency-based career ladder for professional growth.
