As a Physical Therapist, you will make a meaningful impact by completing evaluations and providing individualized weekly therapy for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays. You’ll work closely with families to support each child’s progress in natural, everyday environments during the most critical stage of development.

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a mission-driven nonprofit that values flexibility, collaboration, and professional growth.

We proudly offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, reimbursement for CEUs and licensing fees, mileage reimbursement, paid sick and vacation time, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, and a 403(b) retirement plan—along with additional perks.

Join a compassionate team dedicated to improving quality of life for children and families every day.
