Craft Recruiter

Description

• Responsible for building and driving sourcing strategy across company
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates presenting best talent to hiring managers
• Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct prescreening interviews with technical candidates to access skillset
• Manage a requisition load of multiple job openings at a time.
• Utilize professional / networking groups in order to attract new talent in creative ways
• Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
• Work with each regional manager to analyze staffing levels in anticipation of recruiting needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or 10+ years of craft field supervision
• Experience working with craft professionals (Technicians, CDL Operators, Safety Coordinators, Project Managers, Field Supervisors)
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques other sourcing methods
• Must be willing to travel
