As a Senior Integrated Planner (Freeport, TX), you create chemistry by...
- Managing and owning the production and distribution schedule to ensure product availability based on internal and external demand.
- Leading the short-term and long-term network planning process, being responsible for supply and demand balancing, and leading and communicating scenario planning through disruptions and unplanned situations.
- Managing and coordinating the North America material flow plan development, submission, changes, and communications, and acting as the main point of contact for the global material flow process.
- Identifying and implementing supply chain continuous improvement and digitalization projects to optimize assets, enhancing cost management and driving process improvements.
- Managing and facilitating the supply planning portion of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the assigned portion of the C3 value chain, which feeds into the overall value chain planning for the business.
- Managing and monitoring SBU-specific supply chain-related costs, being responsible for understanding and reporting monthly budget deviations.
- Participating and acting as the supply chain point of contact for the monthly and yearly financial budget planning process.
- Advancing Continuous Improvement by leveraging CP and functions (GB/GP) to implement cost and/or service level beneficial projects.
If you...
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of related experience and working knowledge of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Have experience in SAP/ERP skills in material planning modules.
- Have experience with various modes of bulk transportation, including marine (deep tank/barge), rail and bulk liquid truck.
