The team is developing a new application set to launch in the UK market. </p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Background in Java development</li> <li>Experience in Spring Boot for backend</li> <li>Proficiency in React for frontend</li> <li>Quick learning ability, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to solve complex problems independently</li> <li>A team player who’s not afraid to share their professional opinion and suggest better solutions</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Fluent</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Providing requirements analysis, system design, development, troubleshooting, performance tuning, technical support </li> <li>Performing code review to ensure best practices are followed</li> <li>Working both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team</li> <li>Communicating clear instructions to team members and help manage the flow of day-to-day operations</li> <li>Communicating with the client regularly</li> </ul>
