Job Description

Heritage Toyota Owings Mills seeks an experienced General Manager to join our award-winning dealership team! We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee all variable and fixed operations aspects. The General Manager will play a key role in driving sales, maximizing profitability, and leading our elite team to success by transforming inventory into opportunity and revenue.

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, motivate, and mentor all Dealership employees
- Ensure long-term growth, profitability and sustainability

- Set sales and service goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those goals
- Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
- Lead Fixed Operations department

General Manager Qualifications:
- Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
- Must be able to lead by example
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
- A strong work ethic
