ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Software Engineer.
ITC is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to work as part of a small and exciting software development team. As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for the software development and design methodologies to build and conduct simulations in different computing environments. Strong troubleshooting and performance evaluation skills are essential. Must be capable of working independently and possess solid communication skills to collaborate with others to ensure all tasking is completed. Ability to research new technologies and stay motivated as priorities frequently shift.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with FS Polygraph
- Fourteen (14) years’ of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate experience of Java RESTful API development proficient in Linux
- Intermediate experience developing enterprise solutions with Java EE and related technologies such as persistence frameworks, build tools, version control systems, and continuous integration tools (Git, Maven, or Eclipse)
- Intermediate experience with open-source utility tools that automate the management and function of programs for software containers such as: Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes with XML or JSON experience.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledgeable with Node.js, Spark, or Kafka
- Experience with MongoDB
- Familiar with CNO/CND/Reverse Engineering a plus
