Sentara Therapy Center at the Hampton YMCA is seeking a Team Coordinator - Physical Therapist

This is a Full-Time Day Shift opportunity with Great Benefits!!!

As a Physical Therapist - Team Coordinator, you will manage staff and provide on-site supervision for daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service issues.

Also, Provide patient care staff assignments, coordinate quality improvement activities, resolution of customer service issues, resource utilization, and liaison activities in support of facility administrators.

Serve as a resource to staff to ensure the quality of work and customer service. Assist with program and staff development, program implementation, policy/procedure development, and compliance.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Level Degree

Active Physical Therapist License

Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred.

Job Summary

Licensure required as it relates to specialty.

For Home Health must have 2 years of Home Health rehab experience.
