Working Electrical Foreman

Crosby Electric is looking for an experienced working foreman to manage commercial electrical construction projects in the Montgomery area. These "job runners" are responsible for managing crews of up to 10 or more in the field, ensuring that every aspect of the job, from layout to closeout, is performed safely, efficiently and of the highest quality. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits, including a generous pay structure, travel opportunities, and room for growth within the organization. This position must be able to still wear tools 40 hours a week, and also manage two or three crews under them.

FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Thoroughly able to read electrical drawings and understand them.

- Able to take electrical drawings and rough-in a slab, rough-in walls, rough-in ceilings, pull the branch wire, phase the wire colors correctly, etc.

- Able to mount switchgear and electrical panels.

- Able to pull big feeder wire and terminate.

- Able to manage multiple crews.

- Able to work with hands/tools and take a one-crew job from start to finish.

- Able to interview and hire/fire on larger projects.

- Must have 8 years COMMERCIAL CONTSTRUCTION experience.

Pay: $30 to 38$ hour plus bonuses; depending on experience

This pay is based on very little travel. Work within 60 miles of home office in Montgomery.
