The Role

As a core banking Business Analyst Lead, You will conduct a thorough business analysis to understand and document current core banking system processes, workflows, and challenges and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for core banking systems modernization or management.

Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and technical specifications that can be understood by architects, developers and IT teams.

You will guide and mentor other business analysts, and review their work and design and develop core banking system solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

You will work closely with architects, developers and IT teams to ensure the effective implementation and testing of core banking system solutions.

Build relationships and trust with senior executives of banking customers demonstrating mastery of core banking and providing training and support to end-users on new core banking system features and functionalities.

Stay up-to-date on emerging core banking technologies and banking market and regulatory trends to inform future solution development and monitor and analyze core banking system performance to identify areas for improvement and potential issues.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $123,740to $296,980 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science or Information Technology.

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably in the banking industry or with a leading Systems Integrator/Technology Consulting organization

• Possess deep functional knowledge related to at least one of Hogan or FIS Systematics core banking platform.

• Strong understanding of banking and payments concepts, processes, and systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and also lead a project team.

• Certified in any of the following: Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Project Management

• Must have the ability to travel within the United States. Travel is not expected to exceed 30%.
