Associate Dissemination & Communication Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Associate Dissemination & Communication Manager to play a key role in managing the dissemination activities of EU-funded and research projects while also supporting the company’s Communication Department.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in communication and dissemination. It involves coordinating outreach efforts, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring project visibility through various communication channels. Additionally, the role will contribute to the company's overall communication strategy by assisting in content creation, branding, and external engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of dissemination and communication plans for EU-funded or other projects.
• Prepare and contribute to project deliverables (mainly in English) ensuring high-quality reporting and alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and dissemination impact, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with EU dissemination guidelines and project requirements.
• Create engaging visual and text-based content, including infographics, social media graphics, presentations, blog articles, newsletters, and press releases, to enhance project dissemination and corporate communication.
• Support the organization of events and workshops, ensuring maximum outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with cross functional scientific teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, European Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with social media management, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Eager to learn, with a strong ambition to grow in the field of communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and international environment.
• Availability to travel within Greece and abroad.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in Horizon Europe or other EU-funded projects.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
