ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking an IT Operations Associate to support our rapidly growing organization by ensuring that every team member—from frontline kitchen staff to executives—has the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

User & Hardware Support 

• Set up and manage user accounts across all company systems and software platforms. 

• Configure, deploy, and maintain user hardware; manage IT asset inventory, security, and lifecycle tracking. 

• Provide hands-on help desk support for all employees, ensuring timely troubleshooting for systems access, software, and hardware needs. 

• Manage and optimize the company’s IT ticketing system, ensuring fast response and continually improving resolution times. 

 

Systems Administration 

• Support administration of the Microsoft tenant domain, including Azure, Active Directory, cloud servers, and gateway maintenance. 

• Connect and maintain synchronization between Paycom and Microsoft Directory. 

• Structure and maintain Slack project channels and workspace organization. 

• Facilitate integrations and intersections between key tools such as Paycom, HubSpot, Asana, Slack, and other platforms. 

 

Operational Excellence 

• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of users across tools and devices. 

• Uphold strong organizational security practices and support basic cybersecurity protocols. 

• Partner with teams across Operations, Corporate, and Innovation to maintain high-quality, reliable tech experiences for all employees. 
QualificationsQualifications 

 

Technical Knowledge 

• Experience in a Microsoft-centered environment (Office, SharePoint, Azure, Active Directory). 

• Familiarity with IT hardware purchasing, configuration, deployment, and asset management. 

• Understanding of support ticketing systems and help desk workflows. 

• Working proficiency in Slack and other collaboration tools. 

• Awareness of fundamental cybersecurity and organizational security best practices.

• Ability to communicate clearly with users at all technical levels.
