THE JOB:

Join the show at MGM Springfield as an Environmental Services Supervisor in our EVS department, where you will play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading with a positive attitude and exceptional service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental Services (EVS) employees. Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
• Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift.
• Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas.
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training.
• Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist with other administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has high School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Has experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment.
