Job Description Summary

The Project Manager plans, monitors, and reports on project status and performance data to management and stakeholders, including communicating risk on active projects. This includes resolving issues, managing resources, coordinating projects, interfacing with client representatives, overseeing project accounting, training, mentoring, and coaching. Ensures that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. This role manages in an environment of trust and candor, promotes accountability, and assertively offers encouragement and constructive feedback. Project focus includes, but not limited to, the delivery of Strategic Roadmap initiatives, start up or demobilization of client facing operational services, and other initiatives that grow and enhance the organization.

Activities

· Utilize established program framework, methodology, and tools in project delivery.

· Develop and facilitate, and manage project documentation, including scope/statements of work, business cases, charters, goals, deliverables, timeline, budget allocation, project plans, training materials, and risk mitigation.

· Adhere to project quality assurance processes and ensure application of quality standards.

· Define project objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.

· Publish/present project performance metrics status reports helping inform organization stakeholders of key information needed to inform of project progress.

· Identify and resolve project issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies.

· Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

· Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

· Ensure each project team has the tools and resources necessary to meet project deadlines.

· Coordinate and prioritize project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones.
