Your Job

Drive Sparteo's financial performance and strategic decisions by transforming data into actionable insights. You will be the cornerstone of our financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring we scale efficiently and sustainably on our international growth journey.

Responsibilities:

Own Financial Planning & Forecasting Processes

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts in collaboration with department heads and the executive team.
• Develop, maintain, and improve our long-term financial models to support strategic planning and potential M&A activities.
• Implement and refine tools and systems (e.g., our ERP and BI tools) to increase automation and accuracy in financial planning.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to model different business outcomes and identify key financial drivers.

Deliver Insightful Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the leadership team and board, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), variance analysis (budget vs. actual), and insightful commentary.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability by product, region, and business unit.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, providing forecasts to ensure financial stability and support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure a smooth and accurate monthly closing process.

Act as a Strategic Business Partner

• Partner with key departments (Sales, Marketing, Tech, Operations) to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support their strategic initiatives.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new projects, product launches, and commercial proposals.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise, and impactful information for non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending concrete actions to improve performance and mitigate exposure.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical finance role (FP&A, M&A, Financial Audit, Transaction Services), preferably within the Tech
