Pharmacy Operations Manager

This role will provide daily management of all pharmacy operations; will assist the Director of Pharmacy in ensuring all records and licenses are appropriately maintained and will perform or assist with clinical pharmacy services as needed. This role also will be responsible for all education and training as required.
Requirement:
The manager will need to have a Bachelor of Science/Pharm D degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy and have a current unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in the State of Georgia. Experience in a hospital setting is required. Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Floyd Medical Center is also home to a state-designated Level II Trauma Center, a behavioral health center, specialty centers for pediatrics, wound care, and hyperbaric therapy. It houses primary care and urgent care networks of providers and hosts a realm of outpatient services, including the operation of the Floyd County Clinic and an associated pharmacy for uninsured patients.
