About the role
Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Talent Management team. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate routine emails, calendar entries, meetings, travel and various other assignments.
- Prepare expense reports, ensuring all proper documentation is attached. Review department expense reports, including any needed follow up with associates before submitting reports for manager approval.
- Assist managers with communications for associates as requested.
- Schedule and send notifications of associate training meetings. Monitor and track training hours charged to training wage accounts.
- Provide communications to associates regarding benefit changes.
- Order supplies from vendors.
- Pay and track accounting and invoices.
- Maintain associate records.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Distribution HR ASP
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proficiencies in Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization.
- Proven personal initiative and follow through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
