Summary
The Analyst - Client Accounts position will provide support in analyzing large volumes of client and financial data to support decision-making and improve profitability. The Analyst will also conduct financial analyses, prepare profit reports, and perform ad-hoc studies. This ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a foundational understanding of financial concepts.
Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis and Data Collecting
◦ Download and obtain various data from company systems, including SAP, to aid in reporting tools and ad hoc related projects
◦ Organize and maintain large amounts of data, analyze, and make the data presentable to communicate financial performance metrics and insights to management
◦ Tracking of revenue and cost, rate and tariff schedules, noting status and rate escalations
◦ Prepare routine weekly/monthly reports, including financial results, for all customers and sections of operations
◦ Review historical client and financial data to perform various analyses, including YOY comparisons, profitability analysis, budget vs actual variance analysis, and forecasting
• Project and Special Study Support
◦ Collaborate with and provide support to the Operations and Finance teams on day-to-day tasks and long-term special studies
◦ For special projects, review data and assumptions prepared by other teams, perform due diligence and data validation, and present any issues found to Manager/HOT
◦ Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations, composition of internal approval documents (red folders), and preparation of supporting analysis, as needed
◦ Provide support to Contracts Management as required, including the preparation of revenue and profitability impact summaries
◦ Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range
$52,000-$56,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills
• Intermediate PC skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database management Required
• Must possess high organizational skills and attention to detail Required
• Must be able to work independently and at the direction of the Supervisor, Manager and/or National Manager/HOD Preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills Preferred
• SAP experience Preferred
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1 - 2 years of related experience in Business Planning and/or Financial Analysis Required
• 3 - 5 years of related experience in Vehicle Logistics and/or Automotive Industry Preferred
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
• Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
