Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support (INF) (TS/SCI required)

IT Concepts is looking for an experienced Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support (CDIS) to support our DOD customer. This position is contingent upon Proposal submittal and award of final contract. All offers will be contingent on final award. ITC will communicate timeline and next steps for all roles.

The CDIS will be Responsible for:

• Monitoring, detection, mitigation, and response to cyber incidents typically part of a Security Operations/Intelligence Center.
• Duties include operational Cybersecurity, infrastructure support, and mission support.
• Specific operational duties include but are not limited to; collecting and analyzing intelligence to correlate adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures, investigating computer and information security incidents, conducting computer forensic network and host analysis, intrusion and threat hunting support, performing penetration tests to evaluate system security, maintaining proficiency in operation tools, creating countermeasures, and identifying trends in adversary behaviors and vulnerabilities.
• Specific infrastructure support duties include but are not limited to; device scanning (device discovery, Operating System (OS) fingerprinting, service scanning), and passive (non-intrusive) scanning, configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance of infrastructure hardware and software.
• Specific mission support and full spectrum cyber duties include but are not limited to; operational planning in support of training, exercises, operations and coordination of integrated cyber operations by targeting hostile adversary activities and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or other related field.
• Must have Active TS/SCI clearance to apply and be considered
• 3-10 years of related work experience.

Preferred:

• Current Information Assurance Manual Level II certification at time of proposal submission.
• Ability to obtain access to the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) NLT 30 days from contract award.
• Experience leading and managing accreditation activities, which resulted in ATO under the current DoD accreditation policies.
• Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Functional integration and implementation of security concepts within government networks
• Experience with authorization and accreditation on government or classified networks
• Working knowledge of XACTA or eMASS
• Understanding of NIST 800-53 Revision 4 and Committee on National Security Systems Instructions (CNSSI) 1253
• Knowledge of device hardening concepts and implementation with relation to ACAS and STIG processes
