The position
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who has excellent communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a desire to work closely with various stakeholders.
Your main task will be to support implementation and maintenance of our quality requirements at our local production. You will ensure that our products and equipment comply with internal and external standards. Aside from the daily casework, you will provide quality support for production, especially when processes change. In these instances, it will be your responsibility to ensure that quality is not compromised.
You will handle daily quality issues and ensure that production optimizations meet Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. This varied role requires you to be self-driven and systematic, while also valuing teamwork.
Qualifications
- Academic degree with several years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a production environment.
- Flair for IT and ability to familiarize yourself with various systems.
- Knowledge of equipment for automated assembly and packaging, with an appreciation for simplicity.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance standards such as ISO9001, EN13485, and GMP is advantageous.
- Analytical, systematic, and possessing excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Danish.
As a person you are natural curious, eager to learn, and skilled at asking questions.
About the department
You will be a part of the Quality department of Needle Manufacturing and have a workday with a large degree of independence. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. We are 19 employees responsible for the quality assurance of all pen needle products produced at site Hjørring for Novo Nordisk. The main purpose of our department is to safeguard patient safety, product quality and compliance. You will find that you have rich opportunities to create great results and develop yourself, both on a professional and on a personal level.
