The project provides data collection, technical writing, computer operations, range scheduling, and administrative support services necessary to execute the government’s test mission. Support encompasses testing of a wide variety of automotive, combat, electronic, general equipment, and ordnance materiel, with services including data collection and coordination, data compilation and processing, development and management of data collection forms, test monitoring, technical writing and editorial review, reporting, data and software administration, range scheduling, and related operational support.</p> <p>The Data Collection Manager will manage the administrative and technical activities of data collection, computer operations, and range scheduling personnel. The Data Collection Manager will oversee recruitment, hiring, training, workforce planning, resource availability, and data quality, and will serve as Deputy to the Program Manager.</p> <p>Work will be performed primarily onsite in Aberdeen, Maryland, with travel to other locations within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) as required by mission needs.
