With exciting growth plans and cutting-edge projects, there has never been a better time to join our incredible team.<br><br>We are seeking a highly skilled Principal DevOps / Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes-based infrastructure, cloud-native operations, observability, security, and automation.<br>The role focuses on building resilient, scalable, secure, and automated platforms supporting modern microservices and infrastructure workloads across hybrid and private cloud environments, including OpenStack deployed on Kubernetes.<br></span></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>- Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize large-scale Kubernetes environments in production.</p> <p>- Manage stateful workloads on Kubernetes: PostgreSQL (operators), MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis,</p> <p>MinIO.</p> <p>- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm.</p> <p>- Build secure platforms using Kyverno, External Secrets, Cert-Manager, OpenBao, Keycloak.</p> <p>- Manage networking using Cilium and Traefik.</p> <p>- Implement autoscaling with KEDA.</p> <p>- Build observability using Prometheus, Loki, Alloy.</p> <p>- Implement backup and DR using Velero.</p> <p>- Develop IaC using Terraform.</p> <p>- Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines.</p> <p>- Automate with Bash and Python.</p> <p>- Administer Linux and Docker environments.</p> <p>- Deploy and operate OpenStack on Kubernetes.</p> <p>- Incident response and RCA.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <p>- Kubernetes (adv
