About the role
Responsibilities:
- Perform risk assessment on new and renewal business for motor insurance
- Provide quotations & responses to various business sources, monitor incoming business in accordance with Underwriting Guideline
- Monitor and analyze business and underwriting result
- Support any initiative to improve operational workflow and business performance
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with insurance professional qualification preferred (ANZIIF, CII or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant underwriting experience in handling motor insurance
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
- Passed in IIQE Paper 1 & 2 is preferred
- Proficient general insurance knowledge
- Meticulous and with the ability of multi-tasking; willing to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
