Job Description

This position is responsible for developing together with the plant manager, the strategy for operational excellence, planning, monitoring, and successful execution of Charlotte technical projects, from concept elaboration to completion. Project manager is responsible also for identifying points of improvement within the Charlotte organization, propose improvement projects and continuous improvements plants, as well as follow up with the corresponding areas on fulfilment progress.

This position assists the plant manager in daily business operations, strategic planning, and coordination of activities across business units and operational functions. Is also responsible for identifying, gathering, and analyzing business information relevant for operational excellence, business decisions and presentations to high level managers within the Rexroth organization.

Qualifications

Project management

• Developing together with the plant manager strategy for operational excellence
• Planning, monitoring, and successfully execute Charlotte technical and operational projects, from concept elaboration to completion
• Defining and leading a cross-functionals team of associates necessary to fulfill the project requirements
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal or external project stake holders
• Identifying points of possible improvements within relevant logistics, planning, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes
• Propose and implement continuous improvements plants, follow up with the corresponding areas on fulfilment

Senior Business Analyst

• Plan, manage and monitor Charlotte strategic activities connected with Rexroth organization in Germany, relevant business unit stakeholders and Rexroth NA organization
• Assist the plant manager in daily business operations, strategic planning, and coordination of activities across business units and operational functions, as well as in administrative duties and tasks
• Gather, analyze, and summarize relevant business information for presentations to high level managers within the Rexroth organizations
• Organize and prepare management meetings, keep track of decisions and actions, and follow-up on actions to ensure completion
• Develop and implement reporting concepts to communicate critical business information to key managers
• Establish transparency and data availability to drive improvements in On Time Delivery, Lead Time, PAST DUE reduction, TCT and cost optimizations
