Directs work of staff through effective delegation, serving as subject matter expert on multiple and complex business activities. 

Demonstrates perspective and critical thinking that is cross-functional, extending beyond immediate area of responsibility. Ability to get the heart of an issue and formulate solutions, leveraging technical expertise. Challenges the status quo by evaluating situations from multiple facets. Manages staff training, development, and performance in area of responsibility. Develops relationships, expanding leadership influence to accomplish results through others. Responsible for the design and operating effectiveness of the control environment within the area of responsibility. 

Applies judgement for the appropriate application of Corporate Policy, GAAP, Regulation, or established framework.

Responsibilities 

• Partners with business and technology stakeholders to execute the RPA strategy according to the RPA Operating Model. 

• Collaborates with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identifies opportunities for process automation that increases efficiencies and reduces operational risk. 

• Ensures engagement with stakeholders throughout individual projects, keeping them informed of progress and issues. 

• Assists with the deployment of the automated process into production, as needed. 

• Facilitates meetings with business SMEs and business technology as needed. 

• Drives the delivery of RPA projects.
