The Strategic Initiatives & Change Management Senior Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and driving Talent Management & Engagement strategies across the enterprise. This role blends advanced data analysis with strategic storytelling to influence decisions, create insights, and transform complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. A deep understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful narratives is required.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Perform advanced analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities across key HR dimensions, such as representation, hiring, promotion, attrition, engagement, learning, and performance.
- Strategic Storytelling: Translate data into compelling, executive-ready narratives that drive understanding and alignment across Talent Management and Engagement leadership teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with Talent Management & Engagement leaders to provide analytical support and insight generation; keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout project lifecycles.
- Change Enablement: Support the design and execution of change management and strategic initiatives that improve employee outcomes and organizational culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Data, Legal, HR COEs) to build scalable solutions and deliver on shared goals.
- Data Governance & Integrity: Uphold strong data integrity practices; exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential and sensitive employee data, including adherence to legal and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years relevant experience, HR experience a plus
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience building presentations and storytelling for senior/executive audiences
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong self-awareness, openness to feedback, and a growth mindset
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$70,720.00 - $106,080.00
