About the team:
Clinical Systems Improvement (CSI) sits within Regulation, Licensing and Compliance (RLC) in the Clinical Quality, Regulation and Accreditation (CQRA) group. CSI leads statewide system improvement by redesigning and simplifying quality and patient safety processes to make them more efficient and easier to use. The team supports consistent clinical governance, effective information management, and streamlined quality and safety systems that enable safe, reliable care for Tasmanians.The Role:
The Quality, Information and Online Services Officer will deliver a broad range of quality improvement and patient safety work programs, under the leadership of the Nursing Director.
The role is responsible for coordinating information and online systems related to quality and safety work programs. The role also oversees the intranet content and communication platforms for quality and safety, including the development, consultation, and delivery of information for internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to:
- Prepare high‑level communications and advice using information from quality and safety systems, intranet and policy platforms, including audit tools and technical systems.
- Coordinate data platforms, portfolios and quality improvement projects, producing reports and briefings.
- Support the leadership team with business planning, quality plans and the management and optimisation of databases, audit systems and other technical platforms.

Details of appointment:
Permanent part time, day worker position, working 45.6 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
