At Passion.io, we’re looking for a YouTube Channel Manager & Scriptwriter who understands the science of storytelling, retention, and growth. 

You’ll lead the strategy and scripts for our brand’s YouTube presence, blending creator-style content with commercial growth.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, brand, and product to shape what Passion.io’s presence on YouTube means - and ensure it delivers real business outcomes.

Think: Purpose-driven Creator Storytelling meets Data-Obsessed Content Ops.  Like if a faceless retention wizard, a brand builder, and a YouTuber with operator DNA had a content baby. 💥

🔥 Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):

• Own our YouTube growth:  Scale our organic presence to drive revenue growth. Work closely with the team to develop content pillars, find and champion brand faces, and execute on a growth plan.
• Write binge-worthy scripts:  Long-form and short-form storytelling to grow reach, educate, and build deep brand trust.
• Develop irresistible titles + thumbnails:  Drive next-level packaging, develop thumbnails that boost CTR, and work closely with editors to grow retention.
• Track performance:  Dig into the data, iterate on KPIs, and #levelup with each video.
• Channel performance = your north star:  Grow not just views but value. Your decisions are backed by data and aimed at improving $$$ per video.
• Champion thought leadership:  Turn our founder insights, customer stories, and creator strategies into magnetic video content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally:  From Performance Marketing to Brand to Design - you’ll orchestrate content like a pro.

You’ll help us build a high-retention channel, not just for views - but for real connection.  

This is a full-time role (not a side gig), where you’ll shape the content direction long-term alongside our team.

Requirements

🧬 You’re Probably the One If You:

• Have 2+ years scripting or managing creator/brand YouTube channels (bonus if you've owned the full funnel from ideation to iteration!)
• Can speak deeply about metrics, testing cycles, and scaling a channel
• Think like an operator - you're not here to just make videos, you're here to grow a channel business
• Have written for real humans, not just robots - emotion, tension, pacing, and story beats are your jam
• Thrive on autonomy, remote work, async decision-making
• Can take feedback and run with it, adapting your approach with every iteration

🤩 Bonus Points If You:

⭐️ Have built faceless or performance-led brand channels before (and know how to inject soul into the strategy)
⭐️ Can write short-form hooks (IG reels, TikToks, Shorts)
⭐️ Have led thumbnail / title testing and partnered with high-performance editors
⭐️ Love repurposing, turning long-form into tweets, carousels, or newsletters
⭐️ Have a commercial lens on creative work - you’ve optimized for both views and revenue
