NOTE: This role will be hybrid/3 days onsite for candidates who are located in/around Jacksonville, FL.
About the role:
As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.
About the team:
The Systematics Core Banking Solution offers end-to-end solutions for architecture, customer information (Relationship Manager), deposits (IMPACS & Savings Time), lending (Advanced Lending Solution Servicing Manager), and financial and management reporting.
Our team supports the deposits and customer applications for the clients running in the ASP. We are responsible for production support, incident remediation as well as development. We also support the World Wide Help Desk for the deposits applications.
What you will be doing:
Pre-client testing for changes implemented by our team
Tracking changes by client from inception to closure
Review testing approach and Project Impact Reports for release upgrades and make recommendations/corrections
Tax/Regulatory timeline planning and execution
Fielding client and client advocate questions
Researching client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications
Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
Assessing available technologies and recommending solutions.
What you will need:
Systematics application experience, deposits preferred
Communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations between technical resources and client/business audience
Ability to support a multi-client environment
Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development.
A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
Added bonus if you have:
Tax experience a plus
Financial/Banking industry experience preferred
Knowledge of FIS Products and Services preferred.
