Sr. QA Lead

• Represent QA Engineering across the project lifecycle

• Participate in grooming, sprint planning, defect triage, risk mitigation

• Support QA management with metrics and process improvements

• Validate acceptance criteria during requirement grooming

• Plan test design, automation, regression, execution, and defect tracking

• Act as a subject matter expert and guide team members

• Execute comprehensive testing across all environments

• Translate QA/UAT/business scenarios into automated test cases

Requirements

• 5+ years QA experience in Agile environments

• Hands-on manual and automation testing

• Mandatory expertise with Playwright

• Strong skills in Cucumber BDD, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins

• Strong Core Java and SQL knowledge

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in high-pressure environments

• Strong communication and presentation skills
