How You’ll Work

• Location: 13200 Mid Atlantic Blvd, Laurel MD 20708
• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position $18.50 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills and location.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company-paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts.
• Additional Compensation: Total compensation may also include other forms of pay such as overtime or discretionary incentives, as applicable.

About the Role

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving materials within the facility, and using handling equipment such as hand trucks and hoists. This role includes tasks such as separating materials, managing inventory through scanning and counting, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The coordinator also utilizes a warehouse management system to track inventory and completes all tasks thoroughly, responding promptly to inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload trucks arriving at the warehouse or storage facility
• Move material within the facility and from the loading platform
• Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors or other handling equipment
• Separate cardboard and foam
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• Adhere to a clean and safe environment
• Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
• Complete all assigned tasks thoroughly and professionally, including timely return of phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, partners and internal teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Warehouse experience
