About You
You’re a creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of creating concepts from brief to final exquisite piece and you have an interest in the underlying brand strategy. Your work is underpinned by a strong appreciation of current design and fashion trends, you love typography and you have an eye for detail. You enjoy the freedom and autonomy to make your own decisions, You will work alongside our multi-disciplinary design team to provide support throughout all stages of projects, retaining strong communications and ensuring that the brand strategy defined at the start of projects is translated through the project design. You’re an experienced communicator with a positive, enthusiastic, attitude, and enjoy working with clients to get to the heart of their brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative on client projects and execute creative direction.

• Take client briefs and translate them into high-impact design concepts.

• Continuously building an understanding of the different categories we work across.

• Deliver projects from concept to production within the required time frames.

• Maintain/design style guides, sales decks, and Point of view documents.

• Support presentation design for sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ transferable experience in a creative role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 

• Adaptable, flexible and able to work to various demands and deadlines 

• Strong interest in typography and design

• Positive and approachable attitude to deliver a great brand/client experience

Location

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $71,000 - $100,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
