The Opportunity:  

Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, including merger or split-up, our clients need a change management consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.  

That’s why we need you, a consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll create an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.  

On our team, you’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and action officers to help identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll review the path forward—and the expected results—with decision-makers.

You Have: 

• Experience with building and maintaining client and peer relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word

• Knowledge of National Security Studies or Political Science

• Ability to create presentations that follow sound vertical and horizontal logic

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with General Management

• Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, quantitative, and data gathering skills

• Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in National Security Studies or Political Science
