This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with advanced tools and programming languages, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights through clear storytelling and visualization.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Data Collection and Analysis</b></p><ul><li>Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.</li><li>Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical and predictive analysis.</li><li></li></ul><p><b>Advanced Analytics</b></p><ul><li>Utilize market-leading tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to perform advanced analyses.</li><li>Develop analytical models to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li></li></ul><p><b>Data Visualization &amp; Insight Communication</b></p><ul><li>Design and build interactive dashboards and reports for different business functions.</li><li>Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li></li></ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner with Marketing teams to measure and optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Support various Business Units with tailored analyses and insights for strategic initiatives.</li><li></li></ul><p><b>Performance Monitoring</b></p><ul><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business and marketing activities.</li><li>Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analyses.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>Educational Background:</b><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or marketing technology are a plus.</li></ul></li><li><b>Technical Skills:</b><ul><li>Full proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).</li><li>Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li></ul></li><li><b>Analytical Skills:</b><ul><li>Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul></li><li><b>Communication Skills:</b><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
