You are helping create and provide memorable experiences during their time at the Club because our members do not just come here for the food and beverages (although it is a perk), they come here for the relationships they have built with our employees and other members. Our members think of the Club as their home away from home; they appreciate our employees and want to be respected, recognized, and taken care of during their time here.

The Position

As an A la Carte Server, you will have a range of responsibilities to ensure a seamless dining experience for our members and guests. You will be providing impeccable service to our members and guests. With a keen eye for detail and a warm, welcoming demeanor, you'll guide members and/or guests through our carefully curated menu, offering recommendations and ensuring that each dining experience is tailored to their preferences. From taking orders and delivering exquisite dishes to anticipating needs and ensuring seamless service, you'll embody the essence of hospitality, creating memorable moments that elevate the dining experience to new heights. Your role isn't just about serving the members and guests; it's about creating connections, fostering a sense of community, and delivering unparalleled service that leaves a lasting impression. Last, but certainly not least, we believe in supporting one another and working as a team in everything we do, so all of our servers are cross-trained between A la Carte and Banquet Events.
