ANTICIPATED ANNUAL HIRING SALARY: $43,188.86 (without CDL) and $45,360.12 (with CDL (Includes Competitive Area Differential)

The Work You Will Do:
Highway Maintenance Technician II / District Four/Transportation Operations/District Maintenance /Ft. Laud Maint –Roadway Repair
This position you will operate various vehicles and heavy equipment for bridge and roadway maintenance, performs minor equipment maintenance, and assists with repairs and cleaning. Leads and coordinates the work of a maintenance crew, including planning tasks, selecting materials, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Also performs manual labor, temporary traffic control, basic carpentry, masonry, painting, and helps install highway signs. Trains crew members in equipment operation and traffic control procedures.
