Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development, working closely with our experienced professionals to support various training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing training programs and materials.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Research best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
• Assign courses and generate reports in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Evaluate training program effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
• Prepare communications and organize schedules for the 10-week summer internship program.
• Collaborate on special projects and initiatives with team members.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning and development, with a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the desire to help manage the LMS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is $21 - $24 per hour.
