License Management Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

 

• Maintenance of IT license and license contract inventory
• Management of IT license  provided by various vendors
• Quality assurance of IT license inventory data
• Management of IT licensing terms and control and monitor of maintenance of extensions of licenses
• Support maintenance renewals (internal research, identification of internal contact persons)
• Evaluate of new license demands
• Communication with resellers
• Coordinate between technical department and purchasing department
• Internal research on SAP orders, proof of licenses, contracts
• Support license audits and business carve outs

 

Your skills & strengths:

 

• Understanding of business-relevant basic legal implications for IT related licenses
• Knowledge of (IT) operation in relation to license
• Good knowledge of Office365 - especially Excel
• Basic knowledge of SAP - especially MM, FI
• Precise and analytical approach
• Bachelor in Economics, Accounting or Commercial job training
• Written and spoken English skills
• German language skills would be appreciated
• Independent working style, strong communication skills
