As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:
•Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle health’s Cerner system
•Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
•Provide insights on Oracle Health’s Cerner system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
•Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in Oracle Health EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation and Go-Live support and post Go-Live optimization
Willingness and ability to travel weekly when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
Authorization to work in the United States
Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
Preferences:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
Previous consulting experience
Preferred areas of expertise (at least 1 or more):
Oracle Health Emergency Department Solution Consultant:
Expertise in the FirstNet solution and related emergency medicine applications, with comprehensive understanding of ED workflows and operations, including triage, patient tracking, provider documentation, and discharge processes
Familiarity with ED performance metrics (e.g., door-to-provider time, left without being seen rates, patient throughput, etc.)
Oracle Health Women’s Care/Maternity Solution Consultant:
Expertise in the Oracle Health PowerChart Maternity solution, with comprehensive knowledge to support the documentation of prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal care workflow.
Experience with maternal-fetal monitoring systems and integration to Millennium (e.g., FetaLink)
Oracle Health Anatomic Pathology Solution Consultant:
Expertise in the PathNet Anatomic Pathology solution, with a comprehensive understanding of anatomic pathology workflows, including tissue and biopsy specimen tracking, slide preparation, and result reporting for cytology and histology.
Knowledge of pathology-related medical terminology, diagnostic codes, and terms used in diagnostic imaging (e.g., cytology, histology), along with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as CAP (College of American Pathologists), CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), and FDA guidelines.
Working Knowledge of Anatomic Pathology billing practices and reporting.
Oracle Health Blood Bank Solution Consultant:
Proficient and experienced in the Capacity Management solution, with comprehensive knowledge in areas such as Bed Management, Patient Flow, EVS, Staff Scheduling, Transport Management and Resource Tracking
Must have iBus configuration experience (including the CareAware platform) for both BMDI devices and Capacity Management
Oracle Health Gen Lab Solution Consultant:
Expertise in the PathNet Gen Lab solution and can support core lab operations, including chemistry, hematology, point of care, and coagulation
Demonstrated success in designing efficient workflows for specimen collection, processing, and result validation, coupled with a thorough understanding of regulatory standards, including CAP (College of American Pathologists), CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), and FDA guidelines
