Development Team Lead

We provide consulting services across a broad range of sectors reliant on information systems, including banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, finance, and telecommunications. Our expertise covers end-to-end performance optimization, enterprise testing, major incident troubleshooting and resolution, full-stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment acceleration, and infrastructure managed services.

We are looking for a Development Team Lead to lead a small team of 3-4 developers with programming experience in Java and Golang, along with proven leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Informatic Engineering or similar;
• experience in Java and Golang programming;
• Team Leadership Experience;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Knowledge of Publish/Subscribe systems architecture.
• Be able to write and speak in English;
• Be able to travel.
